Welcome to Gridmaster! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, or by accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our Service offers a free trial and paid subscriptions (“Gridmaster Pro”).

  • Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using Pro features.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms and conditions.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial-month subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Gridmaster allows you to connect to third-party services like WHOOP and Google (Gmail).

  • Google (Gmail): If you connect your Gmail account, you grant us permission to access your emails solely for the purpose of finding and processing WHOOP data export files. We do not access, store, or use any other email data.

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party service you connect to Gridmaster. We are not responsible for the data, practices, or policies of these third-party services.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create on the Service, including grid names, goal titles, and uploaded images (“User Content”). By creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your team members.
